Rehab Preceptor
Support South VNA Offices

Provide clinical orientation of new staff. Responsible for developing clinically competent practitioners, who can function independently in providing homecare services.

Requirements: BS in Physical Therapy, MPT or DPT.
PT license in good standing.
Minimum of 5yrs experience in home care, w/working knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to teach.
